Payroll ManagementPrepare monthly payroll data, including updates for new hires, final settlements for resigned employees, deductions, and bonuses.Prepare monthly payroll sheets and issue payslips.Ensure accurate salary transfers by coordinating with different banks regarding payroll transfers.Issue employee salaries on a monthly basis.Conduct regular payroll reviews and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Personnel AdministrationAssist with hiring, termination, and payroll-related transactions.Complete employee hiring files and ensure all legal requirements are met.Execute personnel procedures according to approved company policies, including new employee onboarding.Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.Attendance & ComplianceFollow up on employee attendance and absenteeism (regular / irregular).Review company policies and ensure employees comply with them.Ensure HR operations are aligned with labor law and internal regulations.Reporting & HR SupportPrepare and develop monthly HR reports.Support the HR Manager in preparing the department budget when required.Provide accurate HR data and reports for management review.
Minimum 1 years of practical experience in Personnel and Payroll.HR Diploma or Certification is a must.Very good command of English (written, spoken, and reading).Good knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to prepare reports efficiently.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience dealing with different banks and ensuring accurate payroll transfers.Preferred SkillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracy.Confidentiality and professionalism.Problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
