Payroll Specialist

Assist in preparing and processing the monthly payroll accurately and on time.​Track employees' attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions (especially for our dynamic operations & logistics teams).​Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee financial records.​Collaborate with the HR team to resolve payroll-related queries efficiently.

​Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.​Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or any relevant field.​Technical Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel is a must.​Competency: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and absolute confidentiality.​Logistics or Shipping industry background is a huge plus.
