We are looking for an energetic and organized People and Admin Coordinator to support daily office operations, front-desk activities, and mass recruitment initiatives.This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with around 0 - 1 year of experience in administration, reception, recruitment, or a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.Around 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, administration, reception, or a related role.Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.Ability to work with spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.Professional appearance and communication style.Comfortable communicating with a high volume of candidates through calls and messages.Good English communication skills are preferred.
