Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Personnel and Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of our payroll processing and personnel administration.

You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every task.

This on-site role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and correct salary disbursements, deductions, and benefits.Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.Ensure strict adherence to Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations in all personnel and payroll activities.Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and personnel matters with professionalism and a helpful attitude.Prepare and submit various HR-related reports to management and relevant authorities.Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance HR processes and policies.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your strong understanding of Payroll Management, Personnel Administration, and Egyptian Labor Law.

Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) will be highly beneficial, alongside excellent Attention to Detail and

Required Skills:Proven expertise in Payroll Management and personnel administration.In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations is essential.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a strong advantage.Exceptional Attention to Detail and accuracy.Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive approach.Proficiency in Data Entry and Record Keeping.Excellent Time Management and organizational skills.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in personnel and payroll functions
