Senior HR Specialist

Handle all personnel activities in compliance with the labor law and company policies.Prepare, maintain, and update employees' personnel files.Manage employment contracts, renewals, resignations, and termination procedures.Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee movements.Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the Payroll team.Handle social insurance and labor office procedures.Issue employment letters, certificates, and other HR-related documents.Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS/ERP system.Prepare periodic personnel reports and ensure data accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2–5 years of experience in Personnel or Human Resources.Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with HRIS or ERP systems is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
