Personnel Team Leader

Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing labor relations.Stay updated on all instructions from the Social Insurance Authority and the Ministry of Manpower.Supervise the preparation of periodic statistics, reports, and debt follow-ups (emergency fund, training fund, etc.).Review monthly client reports on balances, debts, and worker counts.Supervise and follow up on government relation representative tasks (work permits, insurance).Follow up on government inspection reports and ensure all observations are addressed.Supervise the digital archiving of all client documents.Handle the database, maintain employee files, process contract renewals, and oversee our medical insurance program.
