Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a role within the retail pharmaceutical area / district manager.Expertise in Pharmaceutical Retail: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Pharmacy Operations, and Retail Management are essential.Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis to drive business growth and operational efficiency.People-Centric: Strong skills in Team Leadership, including recruitment, training, and performance management, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.Operational Acumen: Proficient in Inventory Management, Performance Management, and ensuring strict Compliance with industry regulations.Customer Focus: A relentless commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service and enhancing the patient experience.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration is highly preferred.Career Level: This exciting opportunity is designed for an ambitious Manager ready to take on significant responsibility and drive regional success.Location: Must be able to work on-site in Giza, Egypt.
