About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at a eye center in New Cairo.This role is ideal for medical interns or graduates interested in Ophthalmology, offering hands-on clinical exposure in a professional, high-standard environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during clinics by accurately documenting patient data in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemSupport patient flow within the clinic (reception, directing patients, coordinating between clinic and investigation units)Prepare and print:PrescriptionsInvestigation requestsSurgical requestsDraft and type medical reportsAssist in basic patient workup and provide patient counseling when neededCollect and report patient feedback to enhance service qualityTranslate medical reports between Arabic and EnglishSupport overall clinic operations and report any issues when needed RequirementsTechnical SkillsExcellent English writing and typing skillsStrong computer proficiencyGood command of Microsoft Word / Google Docs Administrative SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage appointments and coordinate workflow efficientlyAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation Personal SkillsPresentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks QualificationsMedical students (interns) or fresh graduates preferred, especially those interested in OphthalmologyFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Preferably residing near New Cairo / Fifth Settlement Additional NotesFemale applicants only Why Join Us?Exposure to a high-volume, premium ophthalmology practiceOpportunity to learn directly from experienced specialistsHands-on clinical and administrative experienceProfessional and supportive work environment
