Planning Engineer

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.To work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors.Prepare Project Time schedules during the Tendering phasePrepare detailed Project Time schedule with periodical updates during project durationUnderstand Contracts in order to implement in the Project Time ScheduleCoordinate with procurement and execution department to keep Time schedule accurate up to date.Prepare Time impact analysis when neededPredict, report and alert Project Manager and Technical office manager when an activity would delay the project’s completion datePlanning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlinesCommunicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progressPrepare reports as site requires

1- Bachelor degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering only.2- Experience in constructions companies is a must.3- 5-7 years of Experience 4- Egyptians OnlyJob Conditions :1- Location : Inside Cairo2- Days Off: Friday & Saturday.3- Medical & Social & Life Insurance.4- Transportation Allowances.
