Planning Engineer

Job Description:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning Engineer to join our team and support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all project phases to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning tools Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and technical office to collect project data.Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly based on site execution.Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities and propose corrective actions.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Support procurement and order tracking to align material delivery with project timelines.Coordinate between departments (site, procurement, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.Track project milestones and ensure alignment with contract deadlines.Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights and updates.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.3–5 years of experience in project planning / construction scheduling.Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.Good understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.Preferred:Experience in steel structure projects.Knowledge of cost control and procurement coordination.
