- Develop and maintainproduction plans and schedulesbased on customer requirements, production capacity, available resources, and delivery deadlines.
- Translate production requirements into detaileddaily and weekly production plans.
- Analyzeproduction capacity, manpower, machinery, materials, and available resourcesto ensure effective utilization.
- Prepare and maintainMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)and coordinate material availability with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
- Calculate and analyzeproduction costs, including raw materials, labor, manufacturing overheads, and other relevant production expenses.
- Analyze variances betweenplanned and actual production costsand highlight significant deviations.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, material consumption, and production waste.
- Maintain accurate planning, production, and costing records and ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure alignment between production plans and business requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related toproduction efficiency, cost reduction, capacity utilization, and process optimization.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experiencein Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing, or Costing.
- Good understanding ofproduction planning and scheduling principles.
- Good knowledge ofmanufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
