Overview: As our Planning Manager, you will be the strategic mastermind behind our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale engineering and construction initiatives.Lead and mentor planning teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop robust risk management plans.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status and critical insights.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 8-15 years of progressive experience in project planning and management within the engineering, construction, or civil architecture sectors.Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to closure.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Essential Skills for Success:Exceptional proficiency in Planning methodologies and tools.Strong background in Project Management principles and practices.Solid understanding of Construction Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Expertise in Risk Management and mitigation strategies.Excellent Leadership and team management capabilities.Superior Stakeholder Communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency with project planning software such as Primavera P6 and design tools like AutoCAD.A strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles.A commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to Problem Solving.Career Level Expectations: This is a key Manager level position, requiring a strategic mindset, strong decision-making abilities, and the capacity to guide and inspire a team towards achieving project objectives.
