Pre-Sales Engineer, (Network & Security )

Provide technical expertise and deeply understand IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needs.Engage with clients to identify their business requirements through discovery calls and meetings.Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how the solutions can address client challenges.Respond to product inquiries, clarify technical aspects, and offer expert advice to build strong client relationships.Collaborate with the sales team to assess the technical feasibility of sales opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.Address technical objections and provide support to help close sales effectively.Offer technical support during the presales phase and manage integrations to ensure solutions meet client expectations.Ensure that security measures are properly implemented in the proposed solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to improve knowledge and service delivery.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive the most relevant and effective solutions.

0-3 years of experience in a presales, technical support, or related role.Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.Certifications related to ITIL or specific ManageEngine products would be an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Very good command of English (both written and spoken).Ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and address objections effectively.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams.
