Key Responsibilities:* Support solution design, client discovery, and technical proposals
- Assist in demos, POCs, and presentations
- Coordinate closely with Sales and technical teams
- Develop expertise in Grandstream solutions
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of IP Telephony, UCaaS, or networking is a plus
- Strong communication skills and learning mindset
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
