Key Responsibilities:* Support solution design, client discovery, and technical proposals

  • Assist in demos, POCs, and presentations
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and technical teams
  • Develop expertise in Grandstream solutions
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • Basic knowledge of IP Telephony, UCaaS, or networking is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and learning mindset
  • Relevant certifications are an added advantage
