Process Engineer

Ensure the factory’s capability to achieve OEE targets by analyzing and investigating factory losses.Identify and specify equipment requirements for new projects and innovations including installation and commissioning.Manage new product processing trials until stable operation is achieved and then transfer the process to operations.Improve and redesign material flow to ensure smooth operations and conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity.Identify and implement process innovation opportunities that create value for the manufacturing operation and brand.Support the selection and management of suppliers, contractors, and co-packers to maximize sustainable business value.Ensure implementation of quality, consumer safety, health, safety, and environmental systems across all manufacturing processes.Assess operational risks and provide recommendations to control and mitigate them.Conduct research to develop new or improved manufacturing processes.Troubleshoot manufacturing process problems and evaluate equipment performance.Ensure processes comply with environmental and safety regulations.Estimate production costs and develop improvement ideas to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Design and test process upgrades and new manufacturing systems.Perform process simulations and analyze process performance data.Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process operations and improvements.Provide process documentation and operating procedures to the Product Manager and relevant departments.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production EngineeringExperience: Minimum 4 years in the same fieldLanguage: Good EnglishTraining: As per Job Competency FrameworkTechnical Knowledge: Production process, Quality, Safety & EnvironmentWork Experience: Process simulations, SOPs, Proven Process Engineer experience
