Process Engineer

Formulate production processes and standards based on product categories.Create process flow diagrams, work instructions, control plans, FMEA, BOM, and other process documents.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all process documentation.Conduct version control and promptly update documents with any product improvements, equipment updates, or process optimizations to ensure the production site always uses the latest effective versions.Analyze production defects and develop improvement plans.Propose and implement process improvement plans by optimizing process parameters, improving process flows, or introducing new technologies to increase productivity, enhance product quality, and reduce production costs.Ensure BOM consistency after any changes or improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial).2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Required: Previous experience in refrigeration / cooling systems.Strong knowledge of FMEA and Control Plans.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good command of English (written and spoken)
