Process Engineer – Foaming Technology

Develop and maintain production processes, standards, and related documents including Process Flow Diagrams, Work Instructions, Control Plans, FMEA, and BOM.Ensure version control and timely updates to reflect product changes, equipment upgrades, and process optimizations.Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and formulate effective corrective and preventive action plans.Propose and implement improvement initiatives by optimizing process parameters, enhancing workflows, or introducing new technologies to boost productivity, improve product quality, reduce costs, and ensure BOM accuracy and consistency.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).2–3 years of experience in process engineering within foaming, polyurethane, rubber, or polymer processing industries.Strong knowledge of process documentation systems, FMEA, Control Plans, and BOM management.Experience related to the foaming process of refrigerators.Hands-on experience with defect analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC).Familiarity with foaming equipment, chemical formulations, and process parameters is a strong advantage.
