Procurement Manager

Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with suppliers and sub-contractors in all engineering disciplines.Negotiate best prices and payments terms for the company in all agreements.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements and contractsMonitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concernsInspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomingsAnalyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategiesSupport the Technical Office Team and Tendering Team and assist with all tasks related to tendering and project planning and execution.Prepare vendor list with pre-

qualifications for suppliers and contractors.Research new materials and suppliers and establish relationships.

Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar roleWide knowledge of different materials in the market Good Database and relationships with suppliers and sub-contractorsExcellent negotiation skills Good working knowledge of purchasing strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systemsA bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or a similar field are a must
