Procurement Section Head - Engineering Sector

Lead and supervise the Procurement and Contracts team, including Procurement and Contracts Engineers.Manage the full procurement cycle from requirements analysis to purchase order issuance.Review technical and financial quotations and approve comparison sheets.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and quality standards.Review contracts and supply terms in coordination with the Legal Department.Monitor project procurement schedules and ensure timely deliveries.Approve payments and invoices in line with contractual agreements.Evaluate suppliers and maintain an approved vendor list.Control procurement budgets and track cost variations.Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and contracting reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture preferred).7–10 years of experience in procurement and contracting.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier management.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
