In this role, you will define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Overview : As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business goals into clear product strategies and actionable development plans.

You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to maximize product value, improve user experience, and drive continuous product growth.

Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clear, actionable, and business-driven.Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to gather requirements and align priorities.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.Lead Agile product processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.Ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and provide exceptional user value.

Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development environments.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support product decisions.Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is highly preferred.

Required SkillsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and defining product requirements.Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional product features.Good understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and user feedback to support product decisions.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts.Experience using tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar product management platforms.Familiarity with user journey mapping, workflow analysis, or UX collaboration.
