OverviewAs a Production Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing plans while continuously improving efficiency and productivity.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between planning and execution, transforming ideas into high-quality products.

ResponsibilitiesOptimize production processes by identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and minimizing waste.Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout all production stages.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical production issues to minimize downtime.Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing principles.Experience in production processes, process optimization, and quality control.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts.Good project management and technical documentation skills.High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Experience2–3 years of experience as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.Career LevelExperienced ProfessionalLocation????
