Production Engineer

A leading manufacturing company is seeking to hire an experienced:Production Engineer (Aluminum & Carpentry Workshops)

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage aluminum and carpentry workshopPlan, organize, and monitor daily production operations.Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.Manage workforce allocation and optimize productivity.Coordinate maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.Prepare and submit production and performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field).Minimum 15 years of experience in aluminum and carpentry workshop operations.Proven ability to manage workshop teams and achieve production targets.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in preparing production reports and monitoring KPIs.
