Production Engineer

Monitor and operate plastic production lines in accordance with the approved production plan.Ensure smooth and continuous production flow while minimizing interruptions.Track daily production outputs against targets and escalate deviations.Supervise product quality to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.Coordinate with the Quality team to address non-conformities and implement corrective &preventive actions.Support in-process inspections and ensure adherence to quality procedures.Assist in preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the Maintenance team.Report technical issues, abnormalities, or equipment breakdowns promptly.Support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.Track raw material consumption and ensure alignment with production requirements.Monitor material waste and identify opportunities for reduction.Prepare and submit regular consumption and variance reports.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or unsafe practices.Participate in safety audits and compliance activities.Prepare daily production reports including output, downtime, waste, and efficiency metrics.Provide accurate data to support management review and decision-making.Maintain proper documentation of production activities.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production workflow.Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.Support production scheduling and changeovers.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant field)Experience:1-3 years of experience in production within plastic manufacturing or industrial environments.Familiarity with plastic processing / injection / extrusion blow molding operations is preferred.Technical SkillsGood understanding of production planning and quality standards.Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement tools.Good understanding of industrial safety standards.Strong knowledge of Microsoft office & SAP system.Good understanding and implemented For overall equipment efficiency Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within a team.Attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
