Production Engineer

Developing production plans for monthly, weekly and daily departments Following up on the implementation of the production plan and loading labor on the machines in various stages Evaluate the production rates of the factory and compare them with the plans Provide an analysis according to the production plan on a weekly basis, mentioning the positives and constraints.

Fully familiar with CNC programs (Blank cam program and CYPCUT laser program)

Follow up on returned products in case of defects that can be repaired and re-adjusted.

Follow up the implementation of the production plan and the loading of labor on the machines in the various stages of cutting, welding, assembly and packaging.

Follow up on all technical operations during production processes.

Follow up the efficiency of equipment operation and ensure regular maintenance.

Follow up on minimizing waste and damage, counting and estimating their percentage.

Follow up the quality of the product and the initial sample in coordination with quality controllers.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the production plan (planned/executed)

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment .Hands-on experience with production planning, resource allocation, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks ).Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..Leadership and team management skills for supervising production teams.Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.Understanding of production KPIs (e.g., efficiency, yield, downtime).Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours based on production demand.Production & Design EngineeringSheet Metal Design
