Production Engineer

- Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to minimize downtime.- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Prepare daily production reports and monitor production KPIs.- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and reduce waste.

• Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering .- 2–5 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry is a preferred.- Good knowledge of steel sheet manufacturing processes (Coating & Galvanizing) is preferred.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts is preferred.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Leadership and communication skills are required.- SAP knowledge is preferred
