Production Engineer - Plastic

Job Purpose:To support the execution and monitoring of daily production operations in the plastic section, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards, and assisting in efficiency improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and operate plastic production lines according to the set production plan.Supervise product quality to ensure compliance with technical specifications.Assist in preventive maintenance activities and report technical issues or breakdowns.Track raw material usage and provide regular consumption reports.Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth workflow.Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production line efficiency.Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare daily reports on performance and production outcomes for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field).

Up to 1 year of experience in the plastic manufacturing .Basic knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
