- Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues.
- Prepare production reports and analyze production data.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the production team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and production processes.
- Experience in managing production teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality standards.
