Join our growing manufacturing team!We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

to lead and optimize production operations across our manufacturing facilities, including:* Sheet Metal Fabrication

• Low Voltage (LV)

Electrical Panels

• Distribution Transformers
• Voltage Stabilizers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop production teams to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HSE requirements.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).✔ 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a production leadership role.✔ Experience in one or more of the following industries: Sheet Metal, LV Panels, Transformers, or Voltage Stabilizers.✔ Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.✔ Experience with ERP systems and production KPI management.????
