Production Manager

Developing production plans for departments, monitoring their implementation, identifying deviations and remedying them.Reviewing the preparation of production plans for operating departments to determine the needs of the production plan in terms of raw materials and supplies .Studying the issues and obstacles facing the production processes and working to solve them.Monitor daily production shutdowns, restarts and shutdowns and take corrective and preventive measures to avoid or minimize them.Oversee the implementation of plans to minimize customer complaints about the product.Establish procedures to minimize and eliminate returned and defective products.Constantly working to reduce costs and minimize downtime and interruptions.Working to rationalize spending by ensuring the optimal use of resources according to production requirements.Improving transportation, storage and handling methods within the production halls to ensure compliance with the estimated cost of the product.Periodic and continuous evaluation of production policies, measuring their effectiveness and efficiency, and submitting suggestions to the direct managerProvide innovations that help to improve production efficiency and solve issues and obstacles facing production processes.Provide feedback on product line expansion projects, product development and new product trials.Studying and analyzing customer complaint reports about the company's products and working quickly to resolve the causes of these issues.Reviewing and analyzing machine and equipment failure reports and daily and monthly production process reports and submitting them to the direct manager.
