Production Manager

Location: Badr City Working Schedule: 5–6 working days per week Managing workers and resources Managing production and quality Operations management

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.

Experience in managing production teams and shop floor operations.

Knowledge of quality control systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet production targets.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.

Willingness to work in Badr City and according to the required work schedule (5–6 days per week).
