Production Manager

Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achievedPlan and organize production schedules according to demand and deadlinesMonitor production processes and adjust schedules when neededEnsure products meet quality standards and company specificationsManage production staff, supervisors, and machine operatorsImprove productivity, efficiency, and reduce production costsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsCoordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtimeMonitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goodsPrepare production reports and analyze KPIs (output, waste, efficiency, downtime, etc.)Collaborate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and WarehouseLead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationTrain and evaluate production employees and supervisorsHandle production-related issues and implement corrective actions

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or agricultureProven 7 - 10 of experience in manufacturing or production operationsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a factory environmentStrong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processesUnderstanding of quality systems and safety standardsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsStrong analytical and reporting skills
