Production Manager

Managing and organizing overall production operations.Developing production plans and ensuring execution according to schedules.Improving production efficiency and reducing waste and scrap.Implementing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma).Supervising production teams and resolving technical issues.Coordinating with production, quality, and maintenance departments.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production / Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent).Minimum of 15 years of experience in the production field, preferably in factories.Proven hands-on experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing.Strong knowledge and practical experience with SolidWorks.Good understanding and application of Six Sigma methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets
