Production Manager

Manage and supervise daily production operations.Ensure production plans are achieved efficiently and on schedule.Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments.Optimize manpower and production resources to maximize productivity.Prepare production reports and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing.Previous experience as a Production Manager is required.Preferably experienced in Jelly Manufacturing or Bakery Production.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of production planning, productivity improvement, and quality standards.Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and food safety requirements.
