Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry.Strong understanding of production processes and quality control systems.Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate staff.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in production management software and ERP/MRP systems.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
