Production Manager (Steel & Metal Products)

Develop short- and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts, market needs, and operational inventory.Oversee the wire drawing process (both wet and dry drawing) to reduce wire rod to the required diameters with high dimensional accuracy and tensile strength.Ensure that products (bolts and nuts) conform to technical and standard specifications, continuously working to minimize scrap rates and machine downtime.Supervise the deployment of labor and technicians across various production lines to optimize the plant's production capacityCoordinate with the maintenance department to establish preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for forming and threading machines to ensure operational continuity.Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for top management regarding production volume, operational efficiency, and performance rates.Train and develop the skills of technicians and engineers under the department to upgrade their operational competence.Monitor chemical concentrations, bath temperatures, immersion times, and waste treatment systems for all pickling, phosphating, and galvanizing lines to maintain optimal chemical balance and environmental compliance.Train and develop the skills of technicians and engineers under the department to upgrade their operational competence.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent).Minimum of 8-15 years in the same industry, with proven hands-on experience in Cold and Hot Metal Forming, specifically in fasteners manufacturing (bolts, nuts, and rivets).Ability to lead teams, guide engineers and technicians, and manage high-capacity production lines efficiently.Proficiency in production planning, equipment maintenance, and reducing waste/downtime using Lean Manufacturing principles.Quick capability to diagnose production line faults and find root-cause solutions.Excellent time management, stress management, and decision-making skills.Residents of Qalyubia Governorate are preferred
