Production Planner Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling in the packaging manufacturing industry.

• A strong understanding of “Printing- Die Cutting/ Gluing-Cups-bags- Corrugated”.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex project specifications, blueprints, and production requirements

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Just-In-Time (JIT) principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Business Acumen– a solid understanding of the organizations’ industry, market dynamics, and key drivers of business performance is crucial.

• Strong Analytical skills to diagnose organizational issues, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions.

Problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Attention to Details – ability to strong attention to details, ensure accuracy, identify and investigate anomalies or errors.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, build buy-in, and facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
• Excellent Presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions.
