Project & Finishes Team leader

Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on timeLead and manage a team of skilled professionals in executing interior finishing and decoration projects.Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.Defining monthly tasks and scope for engineers, informing them of them, and distributing them on a weekly basisPeriodic visit to all sites according to a specific visit schedule and preparing a written and approved visit report on siteSupervising the work of multiple teamsCheck their team’s work for technical accuracyCoordinate work with other managers and staffProvide clear and concise instructions to engineering team Ensuring the validity of technical methods used by staffReceiving work and work stages in accordance with the company’s quality standardsSolving customers’ problems and providing solutions that are in line with their aspirations and achieving the company’s goalsFollow up on the regularity of supply work for the required purchases for each project according to the scheduleHire contractors and build teamsManaging budgets for projects and managing project costResearch and develop designs and products

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project & Finishes Team Leader who possesses:Bachelor of Architecture Engineering or civil Engineering5-7 years of proven experience in managing interior finishing and decoration projects.A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problemsDetail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
