Employment Type: Full-timeA leading company in the Facility Management sector is looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience and a strong interest in managing operations projects, preferably within the banking sector.________________________________________About the Role:As a Project Engineer (Operations), you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across banking facilities.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing day-to-day project activities across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Track materials, manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and operational challenges on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement for material delivery and availability.
• Support project documentation, including reports, logs, and handover files.
• Assist in managing client communications and addressing operational concerns.________________________________________Work Conditions:
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Weekends: Friday and Saturday

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical ).
• 1–2 years of experience in project engineering, operations, or site roles.
• Experience in Facility Management or projects within the banking sector is preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and site operations.________________________________________Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
