Project Engineer

Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, layouts, and detailed designs using AutoCAD.Supervise construction activities on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Perform regular site inspections for ongoing and completed works (roads, foundations, underground utilities, concrete works, etc.).Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for civil assets (buildings, concrete pavements, drainage systems, manholes, etc.).Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimates.Track project progress and prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports.Manage sub-contractors and site labor teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities.Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare reports, letters, presentations, and maintenance logs.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of experience in construction and maintenance (preferably in fuel stations or infrastructure)Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D / 3D) for design and shop drawings.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.Language: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
