Project Manager

About the PositionOur rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across teams.We’re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise.You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery.Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients.Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives.Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.Ensure accurate documentation for each project, including requirements, timelines, and outcomes.Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology.Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.Support quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.Leverage tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity, cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity.

SkillsExperience: 1–3 years in project management or related roles.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and other project management methodologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion).

Bonus PointsExperience in software development or familiarity with technical workflows.Basic account management skills.Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
