Follow up the HR Operations, ensure the quality of work of all HR functions and maintain a good relation with all employees.Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.Drive operational excellence and cost optimization within HR.Ensure the implementation of HR policies and providing accurate guidance to staff.Conduct job analysis to define job descriptions and required KSAs.Manage attendance, penalties, and vacation tracking systems.Prepare monthly reports on employee regularity, leaves, and payroll inputs.Handle labor law issues, payroll accounts, and oversee medical insurance subscriptions, deletions, and contract renewals.Oversee recruitment processes, probation tracking, and orientation programs.Coordinate training plans, conduct HR induction sessions, and support employee engagement by organizing events.Perform exit interviews, follow up on administration needs, and execute other assigned HR duties.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related.HR Management Diploma / Certificates is a mustV.
Good computer skills in (MS Office)V.
Good in English languageFrom 6 to 8 years of experienceV good knowledge of labor law and insurance
