Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects and drive successful product delivery in agile environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, delivering technology projects, and working within fast-paced software companies.EducationBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development projects.Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective project execution.Coordinate between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, and operations teams.Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Support scaling Agile practices and continuous delivery initiatives.Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.

Required Experience4+ years of experience in Project Management.Proven experience in Agile/Scrum product delivery environments.Experience working in fast-paced software companies or SaaS startups.Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks and DevOps-driven delivery environments is highly preferred.Technical SkillsHands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Risk management and mitigation planning.Resource planning and allocation.Project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.Preferred CertificationsPMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)PMP
