Project Manager – Mechatronics Engineering

Lead end-to-end project management for mechatronics and automation projects.Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.Supervise installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure smooth execution of automation systems and production line projects.Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost.Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and technical vendors.Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.Prepare technical reports and project status updates for stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within industrial/automation environments.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLC, and automation technologies.Experience in production lines or industrial projects is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.PMP certification is a plus.
