Project Supply Chain Coordinator

Manage procurement and supply chain operations, including supplier coordination and shipment scheduling.Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.Coordinate with shipping companies and customs to ensure smooth clearance and accurate documentation.Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning and forecasting.Review and maintain all supply chain, shipping, and customs documents.Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery to clients.Prepare basic reports on inventory, orders, and supply chain performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurementStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting)Good communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ERP systemBasic understanding of inventory management principles
