Promotion Area Manager ( Beni Suef - Minya)

Divide supervisors into provinces according to the work plan.Continuously follow up with supervisors to ensure that department goals are achieved.Monitor the database of merchants and libraries in the province assigned to each supervisor.Analyze the market and target audience to identify the best marketing channels.Supervise the increase in the customer base according to the work plan.Supervise the promotion process for the company's books and products.Receive and review supervisor reports.Collect and analyze data for periodic reports on promotional results.Prepare monthly supervisor evaluations and work plans (weekly and monthly).Conduct technical interviews for supervisors.Supervise, train, and mentor supervisors on an ongoing basis.

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Work Experience:At least 5-7 years of experience as a sales or marketing supervisor is required.Experience in the food/pharmaceutical/book industry is preferred.Beni Suef Resident only is requiredArea to Manage ( Beni Suef , Minya , Fayoum )Language:English proficiency: Good (reading, writing, and speaking).Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
