Review and monitor real estate contracts (lease, sale, property management, and usufruct agreements).Ensure the accuracy of contractual terms and conditions while safeguarding the company's rights.Monitor the collection of rental payments and real estate revenues.Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, and Operations departments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector or contract management.Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with local real estate systemsLanguages: Proficiency in Arabic (with a focus on legal terminology) and English (if the company deals with international clients)
