Proposal Engineer

Aquarabia for industry and contracting, a leading company in the field of water treatment, is seeking to hire a Proposal Engineer to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities: Study customer requests (RFQs) and understand their technical and commercial requirements.Analyze technical specifications for Industrial wastewater treatment, sewage wastewater treatment plants, and various projects.

Estimate project costs and develop pricing proposals.

Prepare detailed price offers with all related technical and financial details.

Provide technical support to the Sales Department during proposal preparation and presentations.

Attend meetings with clients and respond to their technical inquiries.

Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences.

Coordinate with Procurement and Production departments to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.

Analyze competitors’ proposals and report findings to the direct manager.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or science. 5 years of experience in a similar position ( in water treatment or related fields).

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research).

Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Good command of English.

Familiarity with materials, pricing, and contract closing processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
