Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Business Development & Proposal Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and financial proposals within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the proposal process from RFP/RFQ review to final submission.Coordinate with technical, finance, contracts, and business development teams.Develop proposal strategies, compliance matrices, submission plans, and timelines.Supervise the preparation of technical and financial proposals.Review methodologies, project references, CVs, and company credentials.Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, competitive, and professionally presented.Manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering or a related field.15+ years of experience in proposal management, tendering, or business development.Previous experience in an engineering consultancy or construction-related environment is a must.Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services, design stages, and supervision services.Excellent leadership, coordination, proposal writing, and review skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
