Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors and subcontractorsIssue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedulesCoordinate with site engineers and technical office for material requirementsReview BOQs and project specifications to ensure accurate purchasingMonitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstockEnsure all materials meet required specifications and quality standardsHandle supplier performance evaluation and maintain vendor databaseResolve issues related to delays, shortages, or material qualityPrepare procurement reports and cost analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 2–5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction materials and suppliersExcellent negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel.
