• Strong communication skills with suppliers* in the wood and hardware industry.

• Monitor inventory levels* and ensure that all materials used in production are consistently available.

• Follow up on requests from the technical office and designers*, and ensure having multiple sources for the required materials to guarantee availability.

Purchasing OfficerIndustry: Wooden Dressing Rooms & KitchensJob Requirements:- 2-4 years experience in purchasing, preferably in furniture, kitchens, or wood industry- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills in wood materials market- Good knowledge of MDF, Melamine, HPL, Plywood, edge band, and hardware accessories- Responsible for inventory control and ensuring uninterrupted material supply for production- Coordinate with technical office & designers to fulfill material requests on time- Maintain multiple supplier sources to ensure availability and best pricing- Proficient in MS Office

• Excel. ERP knowledge is a plus
